Değerli İTÜ’lüler,
İTÜ İş Yeri Sağlık ve Güvenlik Birimi Koordinatörlüğü tarafından yürütülen Online Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimi başvuru ve sınav sürecinde bazı değişiklikler olmuştur.
İTÜ’deki laboratuvar / atölye faaliyetlerine katılacak olan ve staj yapacak olan tüm İTÜ öğrencilerinin “Online Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitim Belgesi” almaları zorunludur.
Online Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimini ve Belgesini Alabilmek İçin Yapılması Gerekenler:
1. İTÜ Portal hesabınıza girerek “Hizmetler > Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimi” adımlarını takip ediniz.
2. Açılan sayfada yer alan “Online sınav dokümanlarına buradan ulaşabilirsiniz.” bağlantısına tıklayarak eğitim dokümanlarını inceleyiniz.
3. Dokümanları okuduktan sonra 1. adımı tekrarlayarak sınavlarınızı tamamlayınız.
4. Sınavdan başarısız olduysanız, 3 günlük sınav giriş kısıtlaması uygulanacağından, bu süre içerisinde eğitim dokümanlarını tekrar okuyunuz. Süre kısıtlamanız kalktığında, yukarıda bildirilen adımları tekrarlayınız.
5. Sınavlardan başarılı olduysanız 1. adımı tekrarlayarak “Online Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitim Belgesi İndir” bağlantısını tıklayarak belgenizi indiriniz.
Birimlerin bilgisi / izni dahilinde, İTÜ Öğretim Üyeleri ile beraber İTÜ Laboratuvarlarında faaliyet gerçekleştiren ve İTÜ mensubu olmayan kişilerin de Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimi almaları, eğitim sonrasında yapılan sınavdan başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir. İTÜ mensubu olmayan kişilere “Online Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitim Belgesi” yerine “Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Onay Metni” düzenlenecektir.
İTÜ mensubu olmayan kişilerin Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimi alabilmeleri için, İTÜ İSGB Koordinatörlüğü web sitesindeki Online Kayıt başlığı altında bulunan “Eğitim Başvuru Formu”nun doldurulması ve kendilerine gönderilecek olan e-postada bulunan yönlendirmelerin takip edilmesi gerekir.
Koordinatörlüğümüzde elden belge teslimi yapılmamaktadır.
Not: İşe giriş ve personelin periyodik olarak 3 yılda bir yüz yüze aldığı Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimi, ilgili birimlerce takip ve talep edilerek, birimden sorumlu İş Güvenliği Uzmanı tarafından programlanır. Yüz yüze yapılan Temel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Eğitimleri, İTÜ İSGB Koordinatörlüğü bünyesindeki ayrı bir uygulamadır.

Dear Istanbul Technical University Members,
There have been some changes in the application and examination process of the Online Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training conducted by the ITU Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator.
All ITU students who will participate in the laboratory / workshop activities at ITU and will do their internship must have an “Online Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training Certificate”.
Requirements to Get Online Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training and Certificate:
1. Log into your ITU Portal account and follow the steps of “Services > Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training”.
2. Click on the “Online exam documents can be found here.” on the page that opens and view the training documents.
3. After reading the documents, repeat 1st step to complete your exams.
4. If you have failed the exam, read the training documents again during this period as a 3-day exam entry restriction will be applied. When your time limit is ended, repeat the above-mentioned steps.
5. If you are successful in the exams, you can download your document by repeating the 1st step and clicking the “Download Online Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training Document” link.
Within the knowledge/permission of offices in ITU, people who work in ITU Laboratories together with ITU Faculty Members and who are not members of ITU must also have Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training and be successful in the exam held after the training. “Basic Occupational Health and Safety Approval Text” will be issued to non-ITU members instead of “Online Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training Document”.
In order for non-ITU members to receive Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training, the Training Application Form under the Online Registration heading on the ITU Occupational Health and Safety Coordinatorship’s website must be filled in and the directions should be followed which sent to them in the e-mail.
We do not deliver printed documents from the office.
Note: The Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training, which the personnel receives face-to-face every 3 years periodically and when they start their job, is followed and requested by the relevant units and programmed by the Occupational Safety Specialist responsible for the unit. Face-to-face Basic Occupational Health and Safety Trainings are a separate practice within the ITU İSGB Coordinatorship.
